1. Booking Confirmation

A booking at Elite Girls Residency is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment, booking amount, or security deposit (where applicable) has been successfully received and acknowledged by our management.

2. Cancellation Before Check-In

Residents who wish to cancel their booking before the scheduled check-in date should notify us as early as possible.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will depend on the booking terms communicated during reservation. Administrative or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

3. Cancellation After Check-In

Once the resident has checked into the accommodation, payments already made towards rent, admission fees, booking charges, or other applicable charges are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Security Deposit

Where a refundable security deposit has been collected, it may be refunded after checkout subject to:

• Completion of the required notice period (if applicable).
• No outstanding rent or dues.
• No damage to the room, furniture, or property.
• Return of keys or access devices provided.
• Compliance with residency rules and regulations.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Unless required by applicable law, the following charges are generally non-refundable:

• Registration or admission fees
• Processing charges
• Documentation fees
• Utility setup charges
• Charges for services already provided

6. Early Vacating

Residents who choose to vacate before completing their agreed stay may not be eligible for any refund of rent already paid unless specifically approved by the management.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days through the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed payment method.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Elite Girls Residency reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations. All decisions will be made in accordance with applicable laws and the booking terms accepted at the time of reservation.
