A booking at Elite Girls Residency is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment, booking amount, or security deposit (where applicable) has been successfully received and acknowledged by our management.
Residents who wish to cancel their booking before the scheduled check-in date should notify us as early as possible.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, will depend on the booking terms communicated during reservation. Administrative or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
Once the resident has checked into the accommodation, payments already made towards rent, admission fees, booking charges, or other applicable charges are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Residents who choose to vacate before completing their agreed stay may not be eligible for any refund of rent already paid unless specifically approved by the management.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days through the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed payment method.
Elite Girls Residency reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations. All decisions will be made in accordance with applicable laws and the booking terms accepted at the time of reservation.
